Angus & Celeste make every effort to ensure that all of our products look as close to the photographic representations displayed on our website. As our products are handmade we consider subtle variations in colour and size to be normal and part of what makes our product unique.
If you believe that a product you receive is faulty or damaged in any particular way then you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. This must be returned to us within 7 days. Products must be returned to us in perfect condition and have incurred no damage in transit. Your postage costs will be refunded upon our receival of your return.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned for change of mind reasons. They must be returned to us within 7 days.
Items may be exchanged for another item/items that are as close to/or the same value as the original purchase. Items may only be exchanged/returned by the person who was responsible for the original purchase.
Any extra postage costs or discrepancy in the difference of price (if greater) will be paid by the customer and settled with Angus & Celeste directly.

We do not store any credit information on file and as a result your credit card details will need to be re entered upon future purchases with us. All the information on your credit card is processed directly through PayPal.
